My name is Sonja Beacham and I am a Uk Psychotherapist and Counsellor based in Nottingham providing individual online appointments via video calls or by telephone. Some in person face to face appointments may be available for clients who can access the Nottingham area, please ask .
We all experience times of difficulty in our lives, when events or relationships feel overwhelming, or we can feel a loss of direction or purpose. Talking to a trained professional helps us make sense of those challenging times and offers a way through them, moving towards a better understanding of ourselves and our feelings and enabling us to make the changes that we desire.

I have considerable experience working with those facing health challenges and those adjusting to life with a chronic health condition or disability such as ME/CFS and supporting people to look at what is still possible and achievable.
